Private travel,
planned quietly.

For those who know exactly what they want — and those who trust us to help them find it.

02 · Who Signature Is For

You've done the ordinary version. This isn't it.

Signature clients aren't looking for a travel agent. They're looking for a travel partner — someone who listens before suggesting, asks questions most advisors never think to ask, and builds something around who you actually are.

You might be planning a solo sabbatical to somewhere that requires more than a Google search. A private birthday escape for yourself — just you, or a trusted few. A return trip to a place that meant something, built differently this time. A journey that marks a chapter closing or a new one opening.

What you have in common with every other Signature client is this: you value discretion over spectacle, curation over volume, and a planner who is genuinely invested in what happens when you arrive.

03 · The Signature Experience

What it looks like when we work together.

Initial Consultation

A private 45-minute call — not a sales call. We listen. We ask about your pace, your preferences, your non-negotiables, and what you want the trip to feel like at the end. That conversation shapes everything.

Tailored Proposal

We don't send you a list of options. We send you a recommendation — one thoughtful proposal built around what we learned in the consultation. You review, refine, and say yes when it feels exactly right.

White-Glove Coordination

From the moment you confirm to the moment you return home, we manage every moving piece. Accommodations, transfers, dining reservations, activity coordination, contingency plans. Quietly and completely.

On-Call During Travel

You travel with a real point of contact. If anything shifts — a cancelled flight, a vendor issue, an unexpected opportunity — you have someone to call who knows your trip and can act immediately.

04 · Illustrative Journeys

Trips we've built. Details changed.

A 60th birthday on the Amalfi Coast

A solo traveler who had always said "I'll go someday." The Amalfi was the someday. Seven days, private villa, curated itinerary that balanced exploration and rest — and one dinner reservation at a cliffside restaurant that required six weeks of advance planning and a personal call to the owner. She called it the best week of her life.

An anniversary in Kyoto

Two people who had been to Japan before and wanted to do it differently this time. Less Shinkansen, more stillness. We built an itinerary around traditional ryokans, private temple visits before the crowds arrived, a kaiseki dinner reservation that requires a Japanese-speaking liaison, and two full days with no schedule at all. That was the best part.

A solo sabbatical through Southern Africa

Three weeks. South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana. Private safari camps, Victoria Falls, Cape Town, and a deliberate week on Mozambique's coast with no agenda and no WiFi. For a traveler stepping into a new chapter who needed the distance and the perspective. We handled every visa, every transfer, every transition between countries — invisibly.
