1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing luxiclasstravel.com, booking travel services, submitting an inquiry, or engaging LuxiClass Travel LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern the relationship between LuxiClass Travel LLC ("LuxiClass," "we," "us," "our") and you, the client or site visitor ("you," "your"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site or engage our services. These Terms include limitations of liability and disclaimers that affect your rights. Please read them carefully.

2. Who We Are

LuxiClass Travel LLC is an Illinois limited liability company (File #16457353), operating as an independent travel advisor affiliated with a licensed host travel agency. Our principal place of business is 980 N Michigan Ave, Ste 1090, PMB 220424, Chicago, IL 60611. We arrange travel services on behalf of clients through supplier and host agency relationships. LuxiClass Travel LLC acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal suppliers — including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transportation companies, and other independent travel service providers ("Suppliers"). We are not the source or provider of the travel services themselves.

3. Eligibility and Authority

By using this site or engaging our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel arrangements on behalf of yourself and any members of your traveling party. You agree to be financially responsible for all bookings made with or through LuxiClass Travel LLC. You warrant that all information you provide — including names, dates of birth, contact details, and payment information — is true, accurate, and complete. Any speculative, fraudulent, or unauthorized reservation is strictly prohibited.

4. Services Provided

LuxiClass Travel LLC provides travel planning, advisory, and booking coordination services. Specific services include:

Wholesale Escape Packages — Pre-priced travel packages with private access rates, paid in full at the time of booking. These are non-refundable and non-transferable upon booking confirmation.

Curated Group Departures — Structured group travel experiences with set itineraries, group activities, and planned free time. Payment structures for group departures are determined by the individual supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking. All group departure bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Custom and Bespoke Planning — Fully personalized travel planning for complex itineraries, destination weddings, multi-destination journeys, and VIP experiences. A $150 non-refundable consultation fee applies, which may be credited toward your booking if confirmed within 30 days of the consultation.

Trip Planning Consultation — A $150 paid planning session booked through schedule.luxiclasstravel.com. Non-refundable. May be credited toward a confirmed booking within 30 days.

Submitting an inquiry form or scheduling a consultation does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of availability, pricing, or services. A binding booking agreement is established only upon written confirmation from LuxiClass Travel LLC and receipt of required payment.

5. Airfare

LuxiClass Travel LLC does not book airfare unless explicitly stated in a written quote provided to you. All packages and bookings are land only unless otherwise specified in writing. You are solely responsible for booking and managing your own flights and airport transfers. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not responsible for any losses, missed connections, additional costs, or disruptions arising from airline cancellations, schedule changes, delays, or your independent flight arrangements. We recommend confirming your arrival and departure dates with us before booking flights.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Payment. All payments are due in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of booking. Wholesale escape packages and custom bookings require payment in full at the time of booking confirmation. Group departure payment structures are determined by the applicable supplier and will be disclosed in writing. Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any amounts paid.

Non-Refundable Policy. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO OR THROUGH LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC ARE FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION. This includes consultation fees, planning fees, and any amounts paid toward wholesale packages, group departures, or custom journeys. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, illness, schedule changes, or circumstances beyond your control. Travel insurance is your best protection against unforeseen cancellation.

Hotel and Supplier Cancellation Terms. Hotel, resort, and supplier cancellation policies are governed by each individual supplier and will be disclosed to you in writing at the time of booking. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not responsible for supplier cancellation fees, penalties, or changes to supplier cancellation terms after booking.

LuxiClass Planning and Consultation Fees. All planning fees and consultation fees are non-refundable in all cases, including in the event of supplier cancellation, force majeure, or changes to your travel plans initiated by you or any supplier.

Chargebacks. Except in cases of documented fraud, you agree not to file any dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or credit card company in connection with charges authorized for travel services. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, LuxiClass Travel LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of all amounts disputed, together with any associated costs, fees, and reasonable attorney's fees.

Cancellation Requests. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to theresa@luxiclasstravel.com. Cancellations are acknowledged in writing. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted.

7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to obtain and carry all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, identification, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by applicable government regulations or the countries on your itinerary. LuxiClass Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for denied boarding, entry refusal, or costs incurred due to improper, missing, or expired documentation.

Certain countries require that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Non-US citizens may be subject to additional documentation requirements. Entry and exit requirements — including requirements related to criminal history, health screenings, and vaccination status — are the sole responsibility of the traveler to research and comply with. Please visit travel.state.gov for current country-specific guidance.

The name, date of birth, and gender appearing on your travel documents must exactly match your booking records. You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and documentation for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving any document containing an error. LuxiClass Travel LLC bears no responsibility for costs arising from corrections not reported within that window.

Children and minors traveling with one parent or without both parents may require additional documentation, including notarized consent letters. It is the traveling adult's responsibility to research and obtain all required minor-travel documentation for each country on the itinerary.

8. Travel Insurance

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS. Because all payments to LuxiClass Travel LLC are non-refundable, travel insurance is your primary protection in the event of trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergency, evacuation, lost baggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LuxiClass Travel LLC is not a licensed insurance broker and does not sell or administer travel insurance policies. We may refer you to trusted travel insurance providers as a courtesy. Any insurance you purchase is a separate contract between you and the insurance provider. LuxiClass Travel LLC makes no representations about the scope, adequacy, or coverage of any insurance policy.

9. Health, Safety, and Risk Acknowledgment

Travel to certain destinations involves inherent risks, including but not limited to health hazards, political instability, weather events, and crime. LuxiClass Travel LLC urges all clients to review current travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) and the Centers for Disease Control (cdc.gov) prior to booking and travel.

BY BOOKING TRAVEL THROUGH LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE INHERENT RISKS OF TRAVEL TO YOUR CHOSEN DESTINATIONS. LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT TRAVEL TO ANY DESTINATION IS WITHOUT RISK AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

10. Force Majeure

LuxiClass Travel LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, travel restrictions, airline cessation, or supplier bankruptcy. In force majeure events, LuxiClass Travel LLC will use reasonable efforts to assist you in exploring available options, but makes no guarantee of refund, rebooking, or compensation. Travel insurance is your best protection in these circumstances.

11. Supplier Terms and Conditions

By booking travel through LuxiClass Travel LLC, you also agree to be bound by the individual terms, conditions, and policies of each Supplier selected for your itinerary. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not responsible for any changes, errors, cancellations, or failures of Supplier performance. The Suppliers named in your booking documentation are the parties responsible for delivering the travel services contracted. Any claims related to Supplier performance must be directed to the applicable Supplier.

12. Client Conduct

By booking with LuxiClass Travel LLC, you accept responsibility for your conduct and the conduct of your traveling party throughout your trip. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules and policies of all Suppliers and venues. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not responsible for costs, losses, or consequences arising from conduct that violates applicable law or Supplier policies, including removal from a property or tour.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on luxiclasstravel.com — including text, photography, design, graphics, brand elements, and all creative work — is the property of LuxiClass Travel LLC or used with written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any content from this site without prior written consent from LuxiClass Travel LLC.

14. Testimonials and Client Stories

Client testimonials and stories shared on this site are from real clients who have provided consent to their use. Individual results, experiences, and outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. No testimonial constitutes a representation of typical results or a promise of similar outcomes for any future client.

15. Limitation of Liability

LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY TRAVEL SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR BOOKING. IN NO EVENT SHALL LUXICLASS TRAVEL LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the relevant travel services were completed or scheduled to be completed.

17. Changes to These Terms

LuxiClass Travel LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of this site or engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
