LuxiClass Travel LLC is an Illinois limited liability company, File #16457353, registered and in good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State. LuxiClass Travel LLC is also registered as a foreign LLC in the State of California. Principal place of business: 980 N Michigan Ave, Ste 1090, PMB 220424, Chicago, IL 60611-4521.

2. Travel Agency Affiliation and Seller of Travel Registrations

LuxiClass Travel LLC operates as an independent travel advisor and is an affiliate of Archer Travel Service, Inc., a licensed host travel agency. Through this affiliation, LuxiClass Travel LLC has access to preferred supplier relationships, negotiated rates, and industry credentials.

LuxiClass Travel LLC arranges travel under the following Seller of Travel registrations:

• California: CST# 2001330-10 — Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

3. How Payments Are Processed

Payments for travel services are processed through supplier payment systems or host agency payment platforms in accordance with applicable booking terms. LuxiClass Travel LLC does not independently hold client funds for hotel or resort bookings. By authorizing payment for travel services, you agree to the booking and cancellation terms applicable to your reservation, which will be disclosed to you in writing at the time of booking.

All payments to LuxiClass Travel LLC for planning fees, consultation fees, and service fees are non-refundable upon receipt. All travel bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable upon confirmation. Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

4. Errors and Omissions Insurance

LuxiClass Travel LLC carries Errors and Omissions (E&O) professional liability insurance through its host agency affiliation. Coverage details are available upon request for legitimate business purposes.

5. Airfare Disclaimer

LuxiClass Travel LLC does not book airfare unless explicitly stated in a written quote provided to the client. All packages are land only unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own flights and airport transfers. LuxiClass Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for losses, delays, or disruptions arising from airline operations or the client's independent flight arrangements.

6. Travel Insurance Disclosure

Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not a licensed insurance broker and does not sell, underwrite, or administer travel insurance. Any reference to or recommendation of travel insurance providers is provided as a courtesy only. Clients are responsible for evaluating, selecting, and purchasing any travel insurance coverage. LuxiClass Travel LLC makes no representations about the adequacy or scope of any insurance policy.

7. No Earnings Claims

No content on this website constitutes a guarantee, promise, or representation of financial outcomes, income, or earnings of any kind. LuxiClass Travel LLC does not recruit travel agents or independent contractors through this website. This site is exclusively for consumer travel planning services.

8. Agency Relationship and Limitation of Liability

LuxiClass Travel LLC acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source, provider, or operator of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity responsible for delivering the services contracted. LuxiClass Travel LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other harm arising from Supplier actions, omissions, cancellations, failures, or changes.

In the event of any claim against LuxiClass Travel LLC, our liability is limited to the fees actually received by LuxiClass Travel LLC in connection with your specific booking.

9. Consumer Credit Card Recommendation

We recommend that clients use a major credit card for travel purchases, as credit cards may offer additional consumer protections in the event of Supplier default or service failure. Please review your card's terms for applicable protections.
