A few things worth knowing.
Is there a planning fee?
Fees vary by trip type and scope. We discuss this transparently in your first consultation before any commitment is made. Many trips are compensated through supplier commissions with no out-of-pocket fee to you.
How far in advance should I book?
For group trips and destination weddings: 12–18 months gives us the most flexibility on rooms, vendors, and pricing. For honeymoons and smaller trips: 3–6 months is comfortable. That said — reach out whenever you're ready. We've worked miracles on shorter timelines.
What destinations do you specialize in?
We've planned trips across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Mexico, Southeast Asia, East Africa, and more. If you have a destination in mind, bring it. If you're open, we'll suggest based on your dates, group size, and what you're looking for.
Do you work with all budgets?
LuxiClass specializes in elevated, quality-forward travel — not discount travel. That said, "luxury" means different things to different travelers. We'll tell you honestly in the consultation whether your budget is realistic for what you're envisioning.
How do deposits and payments work?
Deposits go directly to suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) according to their policies. We walk you through the payment schedule before anything is booked. No surprise charges.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are set by each supplier and are communicated clearly at booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips — and can help you select the right coverage.
