Who is Theresa?
I'm Theresa Norwood — founder of LuxiClass Travel LLC, US Army veteran, and a 35-year business and management leader who spent the last decade figuring out that the thing I was best at wasn't running departments. It was taking care of people.
Travel planning found me the way most meaningful second chapters do: through a trip that didn't go the way it should have, and the realization that I could do better. So I got credentialed, got serious, and built LuxiClass around the kind of service I wished I'd had — quiet, thorough, and completely focused on you.
I specialize in milestone travel: the birthday that marks a decade, the trip that celebrates a marriage, the reunion that gets everyone together one more time. These are not ordinary bookings. They deserve a planner who treats them that way.

The arc that brought me here.
I came up through the US Army — which taught me two things that still shape how I work: precision matters, and people matter more than process. From there, I spent 25 years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, eventually at the Acting Director level. That means I managed complexity, high stakes, and people who needed results under pressure. Every day.
The pivot to travel wasn't a midlife escape. It was a deliberate move toward something I'd watched fail too many times — people spending significant money on significant trips and getting hand-off service in return. A link. A booking confirmation. No one actually in their corner.
I'm currently completing a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a Cybercrime concentration at Southern New Hampshire University (Class of 2026). I'm a credentialed travel professional affiliated with a Top-500 Travel Agency, and I carry E&O insurance. I built LuxiClass as an Illinois LLC (File #16457353) because this is a real business, not a side hustle.
What I bring to your trip is 35 years of knowing how to get things done, and the specific kind of care that comes from someone who has been in rooms where the stakes were high and the people were counting on me. That instinct doesn't turn off when the context is travel. It just gets to show up in better light.
